NEW YORK (PIX11) --- NYPD Chief of Patrol John Chell said crimes, like shootings, rapes, and murders, were down in New York City last year compared to 2022.
New York City also cracked down on homeless encampments, illegal mopeds, and smoke shops according to NYPD data.
