MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) -- An on-duty New York City Housing Authority employee was arrested on Monday in East Harlem, according to the NYPD.
Tsaddiyq-Nasah Makarios, 66, was taken into custody at around 10:35 a.m., police said.
Police say there was a dispute between Makarios and a resident in an elevator, which turned physical.
Makarios was charged with attempted assault, menacing, criminal possession of a weapon, and harassment charges.
