NYC teachers union president on remote learning issues

NEW YORK (PIX11) - New York City students returned to class on Wednesday after Tuesday’s snowstorm forced schools to pivot to remote learning.

The virtual learning day was plagued with widespread technical problems. United Federation of Teachers President Michael Mulgrew joins PIX11 to discuss the frustrations teachers experienced with the remote learning system.
