NYC schools chancellor on summer rising program

NEW YORK (PIX11) - Parents for students from kindergarten through the eighth grade are now able to apply for the city’s free summer rising program. David Banks, the New York City schools chancellor, joins PIX11 to discuss changes in the application process this year and gives an update on the controversy at Origins High School in Sheepshead Bay.
