NEW YORK (PIX11) – New York City Public Schools parents, students and teachers can share what they think about their school in the district's annual survey.

The survey is meant to help school leaders understand what people think about the learning environment in their school, which can lead to improvements to schools and programs.

All parents, students and teachers in grades 6-12 are encouraged to take the survey. It will remain open until April 5.

Families can take the survey online here. It is available in 10 languages.

“The annual NYC School Survey is a critical resource for our school leaders to learn from their students, staff, and families and to center their needs and feedback,” Schools Chancellor David Banks said in a statement. “I strongly urge everyone to complete the survey and make your voice heard.”
