NEW YORK (PIX11) -- NYC Public Advocate Jumaane Williams shares his perspective on the $111.6 billion budget plan and the possibility of personnel changes revolving around Arva Rice.
"Instead of fighting for the more that we need, we have to fight for simple restorations. We may have to do that for libraries even though we have the money right now," he told PIX on Politics host Dan Mannarino.
