NYC hiring: Receptionist jobs in multiple city departments

NEW YORK (PIX11) – Multiple New York City departments are hiring for full-time and part-time receptionists.

The positions are available with agencies, including the Department of Design and Construction, the Department of Social Services, and the Kings County District Attorney.

The openings are available throughout the five boroughs, with some not requiring a civil service exam to apply. Salaries range from about $24,500 to $45,700.

The Department of Design and Construction has an opening for a part-time receptionist in Queens. Interested applicants should have either a high school diploma or at least three years of experience in community work. No civil service exam is required.

The Department of Social Services is looking for two front-door receptionists, one of which does not require experience. The Kings County District Attorney is also hiring two receptionists, both of which do not require prior experience or the civil service exam.
