NYC DOT commissioner on congestion pricing

NEW YORK (PIX11) - The MTA board approved congestion pricing on Wednesday, despite six active lawsuits pushing back against the plan to toll drivers below 60th Street in Manhattan beginning in June.

New York City Transportation Commissioner Ydanis Rodriguez joins PIX11 to discuss the controversial plan. He also explains how congestion pricing will affect traffic in the future.
