NYC comptroller on the homeless population during snowstorm

NEW YORK (PIX11) - Over 90,000 people sleep in homeless shelters each night, yet there are still thousands who sleep in public spaces and the subways. The severe winter weather is only making things difficult for those without shelter. New York City Comptroller Brad Lander joins PIX11 to discuss the spike in homelessness in the past decade and what’s being done to alleviate this issue during freezing temperatures.
