A 50-year-old
nun
was reportedly found hanging in her room at a
convent
in
Pala
in Kerala's Kottayam district on Saturday morning. Ann Maria, from Kottayam's Kanjirappally, along with six other nuns from various convents, had arrived at Morning
Star
Convent on July 8 and were staying in separate rooms.
Police officials said that Maria was taking medicines for depression.
