Nos. 4, 5, 6 trains partially shut down after person struck by train

MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) --- Parts of the Nos. 4, 5, and 6 lines have been shut down while authorities tend to a person who was struck by a train in Manhattan Friday morning, according to the MTA.

Officials said the person was hit at the 28th Street station. Their condition was not immediately clear.

The Nos. 4, 5, and 6 lines are not running between Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall and 86th Street subway stations in Manhattan, according to the MTA.

For Manhattan service, take a Q or R train. For service between The Bronx and Brooklyn on the No. 4, take a B or D train. For service between The Bronx and Brooklyn on the No. 5, take the No. 2 train, according to the MTA.
