NJ middle school teacher accused of having sexual relationship with student: prosecutor

FREEHOLD, N. J. (PIX11) -- A New Jersey middle school teacher is accused of having a sexual relationship with a student, according to Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago.

An investigation by police found that Allison Havemann-Niedrach, 43, allegedly started to have the relationship at the start of 2024, according to officials.

More New Jersey News

The Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office charged Havemann-Niedrach with one count of aggravated sexual assault and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
