New Yorkers questioning congestion pricing exemptions for disabilities

NEW YORK (PIX11) -- Many New Yorkers are sounding off about congestion pricing - saying it will make a dent in their wallets that they simply can’t afford.

One group of people who will feel the effects - are those living with disabilities.

It can be challenging enough to get around New York as a non-disabled person, but for those living with disabilities or debilitating medical conditions, cars aren’t a luxury. They’re a necessity.
