NEW YORK (PIX11) -- A new affordable housing apartment complex in Manhattan has rents that begin at $555, according to the Housing Connect website.
North Cove Apartments, located in the Inwood section of Manhattan, offers affordable housing for New York Families earning between $21,566 and $184,470.
"The building is a short distance from Inwood Park as well as the large Fort Tryon Park," read the listing's details. "The neighborhood also features many restaurants and supermarkets. There is also a public access waterfront park adjacent to the building."
According to the Housing Connect website, the building is near the No. 1 and A trains and the Metro North—University Heights station.
Over 400 units are available for New Yorkers who meet the income requirements. The North Cove Apartments include an elevator, high-speed internet, a recreation room, and a gym.
The building has a no-pet policy.
