BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) -- Are you a small business owner looking to expand your network and perhaps indulge in IKEA's Swedish meatballs in the process?

IKEA Brooklyn is hosting an exclusive after-hours mixer for small business owners from 6 to 8 p.m. at the IKEA Brooklyn Swedish Restaurant on Wednesday, May 8.

To register for the event, you must sign up for a free IKEA Business Network account.

Upon signing up, small business owners will have access to perks, including IKEA Family offers, interior design advice, free online training, and more.

Additionally, until May 31, IKEA Business Network members get $100 off a purchase of $1,000 or more, $300 off a purchase of $2,000 or more, and $600 off a purchase of $3,000 or more. Restrictions apply.

Mocktails and meatballs will be served at the mixer. Attendees will also have a chance to win a $1,000 IKEA gift card for their next business purchase.

The event will be held at the IKEA Brooklyn Swedish Restaurant at 1 Beard Street.
