Namgoong Min
stole the show, clinching the prestigious
Daesang
for his unforgettable role in ‘My Dearest.’ This win marked a special moment in his MBC Drama Awards journey, securing his place at the top.
The event, held in Seoul's Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, was a night of excitement and style, with Kim Sung Joo and Park Gyu Young leading the way as hosts. The Daesang, the pinnacle of the awards, was presented to Namgoong Min for his outstanding performance in ‘My Dearest,’ a drama that not only won Drama of the Year but also scooped up a total of nine awards. This was a significant achievement for Namgoong Min, who had previously won the Daesang in 2021 for ‘The Veil’ and the Grand Prize in 2020 for ‘Stove League.’
