MTA seeks master tenant for Grand Central Madison

MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) -- The Metropolitan Transportation Authority is seeking a developer to bring retail to Grand Central Madison.

The master tenant would work to fill and manage 32 retail units across 25,000 square feet. Tracks Raw Bar & Grill became the first restaurant to sign a lease and is expected to open this year.

Long Island Rail Road boasts best on-time performance in over a decade

Grand Central Madison opened in January 2023, connecting the Long Island Rail Road, Metro-North Railroad, and New York City subway in one central hub, while offering easy access to 10 bus routes.

Grand Central Madison has become the third-busiest commuter railroad hub in the U.S., according to the MTA.
