Moto g04: Price and availability

The Moto g04 will be available in four colours -- Concord Black, Sea Green, Satin Blue, and Sunrise Orange and will have a matte texture that will make the smartphones scratch-resistant.

The Moto g04 will be available in two memory and storage variants -- 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage. The smartphone will go on sale on

The company is also offering an additional Rs 750 in exchange offer for 4GB + 64GB variant. This will bring down the effective price of the variant to Rs 6,249.

Moto g04: Key highlights

The newly-launched Moto g04 sports a 6.6-inch IPS LCD punch-hole display that supports a 90 Hz refresh rate. The smartphone’s display also supports a High Brightness mode that automatically adjusts to outdoor situations and a peak brightness level of up to 537 nits. The display also supports Dolby Atmos and Moto g04 has a Dolby Atmos-tuned speaker.
The smartphone comes powered by Unisoc T606 chipset which is backed by up to 8GB RAM (which can be extended up to 16GB with RAM boost feature) and up to 128GB UFS 2.2 storage. The storage can be further expanded to 1TB via a dedicated microSD card and it also features a triple sim card slot.

For photography, the smartphone offers a 16MP AI camera with a Quad Pixel camera system that improves photos in various light situations. It also houses a 5MP front camera with face retouch feature. Other notable features included in the camera system are Timelapse, Night Vision, Portrait Mode and Leveller among others.
The smartphone also packs a massive 5000mAh battery unit and features a IP52 water-repellent design.
The smartphone has a sleek (7.99mm) and lightweight (178 grams) design. For security, the smartphone also has a side-mounted fingerprint reader.
The moto g04 runs on Android 14 and comes with the Health Connect feature that acts as a way to connect and sync all the data from various fitness apps in one place. Another feature is the flash notifications that alerts the users by turning on the flash and screen light for incoming calls, so they don’t miss a notification.
