Launched in May last year, Moto Edge 40 comes with a price tag of Rs 29,999.

The smartphone has now witnessed a

price cut

of Rs 3,000. After the price drop, the Moto Edge 40 can be purchased at Rs 26,999. The smartphone can be purchased in four colour options — Viva Magenta, Eclipse Black, Nebula Green and Lunar Blue. The company is also offering 10% instant discount on IDFC and Bank of Baroda credit card.

The smartphone showcases a 6.55-inch FHD+ pOLED display boasting a 1080x2400 pixel resolution. With a 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness reaching 1200 nits, the device ensures a vibrant and smooth visual experience. Powering it is the robust octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8020 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and a capacious 256GB internal storage. Running on the Android 13 operating system, it supports dual SIM card functionality.

In the realm of photography, the Motorola Edge 40 features a dual rear camera setup. It sports a 50MP primary sensor with an f/1.4 aperture, accompanied by a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens featuring an f/2.2 aperture and LED flash. For selfies, a 32MP front camera with an f/2.4 aperture takes center stage.
Audio experience is enhanced with stereo speakers tuned by Dolby Atmos, complemented by three microphones for superior audio capture. The smartphone boasts an IP68 rating, making it resistant to water and dust.
With a 4600mAh battery under the hood, the Motorola Edge 40 supports 68W TurboFast charging. Adding to the convenience, it also features 15W wireless charging and a 5W reverse wireless charging capability, allowing users to wirelessly charge other compatible devices.
