This Monica Makes it Happen Show has exciting information about affordable housing available right now in your neighborhood -- and some pretty famous faces making it all happen.

Guests include: Six-time Grammy Award-winning music legend Dionne Warwick, superstar Fivio Foreign with lead single “City of Gods” with Kanye West and Alicia Keys, mogul Styles P, the founder of Farmacy for Life, Latin popstar and philanthropist Lisa Lisa, HUD NY/NJ Director Alicka Ampry-Samuel, who is in charge of $6 billion worth of housing, and HPD Commissioner Adolfo Carrión Jr., who has exclusive information on the hottest affordable housing listings in New York City.

Free money is available in March to help families with their rent. The show has Union Settlement’s President and CEO Dr. Darlene Williams with exclusive details to see if you qualify. Up to $3,000 in checks are available to PIX11 viewers.
