Olympics beginning July 26 has left the world in such awe of the design of the outfit that many have already awarded the opening gold medal of the Games to Mongolia.
Designed by the famous fashion label 'Michel & Amazonka', the vests and the embroidery on the outfit have specificially caught the attention of the fashion and sports world, besides the other accessories that accompany.

The outfit for the flagbearers is different to the one that will be worn by the athletes of the Mongolian contingent marching at the opening ceremony, which in itself is a special occcasion as it will be held at the Seine river and not inside a stadium.

The Mongolian athletes have worn outfits designed by Michel & Amazonka for the last two Olympics.

The designers have given an elegant touch to the traditional gown worn by the Mongolians, which is called 'deel', besides using the colours of the Mongolian flag and including the country's national symbol, Soyombo.
Since the 1964 Games, Mongolia have been part of every Summer Olympics except Los Angeles 1984.

There are more than 30 athletes part of the Mongolian contingent in Paris, and they will hope to add to the country's only two Olympic gold medals so far, won in the sport of judo and boxing at the Beijing Games in 2008.
