Missing Bronx girl, 16, and daughter, 1, found safe in Texas: sources

THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) --- A 16-year-old girl and her 1-year-old daughter who were reported missing in the Bronx last month were recently found in Texas, according to law enforcement sources.

Reishel Zambrano Chavez and her daughter, Zoe Esabella Zambrano Chavez, were last seen leaving their home on Bronx Boulevard around 7:30 p.m. on June 25, police said. They were reported missing to authorities on June 28, police said.

The teen and the child were both safe, sources said Monday.
