During the Ranji Trophy match against Jharkhand, when Tewatia took the crease everyone stared comparing him with some legendary cricketers.
Tewatia, sporting a vintage look, smashed 144 runs off 212 balls in Haryana's first innings and then picked two wickets to hand his team a massive an innings and 205 runs win over Jharkhand.
The 30-year-old left-handed batsman on Monday took to Instagram stories and shared his 'new look' photo with his stats against Jharkhand.
His retro look sparked hilarious reactions from all corners.
Tewatia, who was part of the Gujarat Titans' IPL 2022 title-winning team, has played 81 IPL matches in his career so far and has 825 runs at an average of 25. He also has 32 wickets under his belt.
The southpaw has represented Rajasthan Royals, Punjab Kings, Delhi Capitals, and Gujarat Titans in IPL.
