on Saturday held discussions with
Mylapore residents
about
traffic snarls
caused by metro rail phase-2 work in Thirumayilai. Around 70 residents attended the session. They shared these suggestions: Diverted routes should be free from road cuts, speed-breakers must be provided near schools which should also be encroachment-free, and roads must be laid immediately work by Metrowater and Tangedco.
Some residents said noticeboards displaying project deadlines, including the date of commencement and completion date, must be put up.
