NEW YORK (PIX11) – Mayor Eric Adams will deliver his State of the City address Wednesday at Hostos Community College in the Bronx.
It will be his third State of the City address since taking office. This year's theme is "Getting Stuff Done" in 2024.
Adams is expected to outline his vision for the city with a focus on keeping residents safe, building affordable housing and creating pathways to career opportunities.
He will also discuss the administration's accomplishments over the past two years.
Adams said he came into office determined to rescue the city's economy and make it more livable for working class residents.
He said progress has been made but more work needs to be done.
