. Touted to be a period action drama based on the real-life story of 'Matka' King The film is a biopic of
Ratan Khetri
, the world-famous "

" gambler.
The film went on floors in 2023 after a muhurat pujah. Following the teaser promo, the next schedule of 'Matka' 'is said to resume on June 19 in Hyderabad.
The makers have erected new sets, and they are said to be mounted on a large canvas with a high budget.
The mass actioner will have Varun Tej appear with four different looks. The teaser had a huge response, and the film is said to be released in theaters by next year. The movie's cast includes
