Manish Narwal dominates with 2 silvers at Para Shooting World Cup

demonstrated his prowess by securing a silver medal in both the men's

10m air pistol

) individual and team events at the WSPS

Para Shooting World Cup

on Wednesday.
In the individual event, Narwal delivered a commendable performance, scoring 236.7 to claim the silver medal. The gold medal went to

Chao Yang

of China, who scored 240.3, while Jeongdu Jo of Korea settled for the bronze with a score of 214.7.

Not content with just an individual achievement, Narwal then teamed up with

Rudransh Khandelwal

and

Sanjeev Giri

to clinch the silver medal in the P1 men's team 10m air pistol (SH1) event.
Narwal's success at the Para Shooting World Cup reflects his skill and determination as a para shooter, adding to his already impressive achievements in the field.

Earlier, in the qualification round of the men's 10m air pistol (SH1) event, Manish Narwal secured the third position with a score of 574. Unfortunately, his compatriots Rudransh Khandelwal (564), Sanjeev Giri (559), and Singhraj (546) did not advance to the individual final.
In the R7 - men's 50m rifle 3 positions (SH1) category, none of the Indian participants qualified for the final eight. Rakesh Nidagundi was the best performer in the qualification round, finishing 14th.

Moving to the R8 - women's 50m rifle 3 positions (SH1), India's Paralympic gold medalist Avani Lekhara secured the fifth position with a final score of 418.6. Mona Agarwal, another Indian participant, finished just below her with a score of 407.9. Despite the absence of podium finishes in these events, the Indian para shooters showcased their skills and participated in the international competition.
