Manhattan Gucci store robbery believed to be work of interstate theft ring: NYPD

MEATPACKING DISTRICT, Manhattan (PIX11) – Several people were arrested out of state in connection with an armed robbery at a Manhattan Gucci store, according to the NYPD.

Police believe the suspects are allegedly part of an interstate robbery team operating up and down the East Coast, targeting luxury stores.

Three suspects were accused of pulling out a gun and stealing $50,000 worth of luggage and other goods from the store on West 14th Street last month, according to authorities.

Police said the group, two men and a woman, then fled in a black Honda CRV headed to New Jersey via the Lincoln Tunnel.
