HOLBROOK, N.Y. (PIX11) – A man with more than two dozen license suspensions was pulled over yet again by police in Holbrook, Long Island on Tuesday.
Police arrested Wayne Lowe, 29, on Tuesday morning just after 11 a.m.
Authorities say Lowe was seen texting and driving without a seatbelt on the Long Island Expressway.
After further investigation, officials found that Lowe had 31 license suspensions over 13 dates. He issued multiple summonses and charged with one count of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Police also impounded Lowe’s vehicle ahead of his arraignment on Wednesday.
