MOTT HAVEN, The Bronx (PIX11) – Police are searching for two people wanted in a stabbing on a Bx19 bus in the Bronx, according to the NYPD.
The attack happened on Feb. 15 around 8:40 a.m. Police said a 35-year-old man was on the bus near East 149th Street and St. Ann's Avenue when he got into an argument with a group.
One of the suspects then allegedly stabbed the man in the head with a knife, according to authorities. Police said the others in the group punched and hit the man in the back with an unknown object.
The suspects fled on foot to 600 Bergen Ave., according to authorities. The victim was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln.
The first suspect is described as a woman with long curly hair. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a gray shirt, a black coat with a fur hood and gray and white sneakers.
The second suspect is described as a man. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweater, black pants and black and red sneakers.
