Man shot on Upper East Side in Manhattan: police

UPPER EAST SIDE, Manhattan (PIX11) – A man was shot on the Upper East Side in Manhattan Wednesday afternoon, police said.

A 24-year-old man was shot near East 94th Street and First Avenue around 1:15 p.m., according to the NYPD. The wounded man was taken to a hospital, authorities said. No arrests have been made.

Police officers and crime scene tape could be seen outside the Isaacs Houses.
