Man pushed onto subway tracks in Brooklyn, suspect sought

BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) -- The search continues for a man accused of pushing a 61-year-old onto subway tracks in Brooklyn Saturday night.

The incident happened around 11:50 p.m. on the northbound D platform at the Atlantic Avenue-Pacific Street subway station.

The two were involved in a verbal dispute when the victim was pushed onto the tracks, police say. Bystanders helped the victim get back onto the platform.

The NYPD obtained the following surveillance video of the suspect who fled the station on foot.

The victim sustained a laceration to the face and was taken to an area hospital, police say.
