Man found dead in Queens with facial injuries: NYPD

FAR ROCKAWAY, N.Y. (PIX11) -- Police are investigating the death of a man found unconscious in Queens on Saturday morning.

Officers responded to a 911 call and discovered an unconscious man with facial trauma on McBride St. at around 12:44 a.m., authorities said. First responders pronounced the man dead at the scene.

The medical examiner will determine the cause of death. No arrests have been made, and the investigation remains ongoing, police said.
