NORTH CORONA, Queens (PIX11) -- A 16-year-old was arrested in connection to a fatal stabbing in North Corona Sunday morning, according to the NYPD.
The incident happened around 6:08 a.m. near 35th Avenue and 102nd Street.
A 24-year-old was stabbed in the neck during a verbal dispute, police say. The victim was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The 16-year-old was taken into custody at 2:30 p.m. and charged with murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.
