Man discovered dead inside Central Park: NYPD

CENTRAL PARK, Manhattan (PIX11) – A man was found dead inside Central Park on Wednesday, according to the NYPD.

He was discovered near East 109th Street and East Drive around 5:53 p.m. The man is believed to be in his 40s and didn't have an ID on him, according to authorities.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The man will most likely be identified by his tattoos, sources told PIX11 News. He also didn't have trauma to the body, sources said.
