Man allegedly pulls knife on leather jacket store owner: NYPD

SHEEPSHEAD BAY, Brooklyn (PIX11) -- The NYPD is searching for a man accused of stealing from a clothing store in Sheepshead Bay on Monday.

The incident happened around 12:25 p.m. at Zooloo Leather at 2515 Avenue U.

An unidentified individual took a coat from the clothing rack outside of the store, police say. When the store owner confronted the individual, the suspect allegedly displayed a knife before running westbound on Avenue U.

The suspect was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, and black sneakers. The NYPD released the following surveillance photo of the suspect.

The store owner was not injured during the incident.
