CHELSEA, Manhattan (PIX11) -- Police are searching for a man they said forcibly touched a woman in a Manhattan subway station on June 26, according to officials.

The victim, a 25-year-old woman, was standing on the A/C/E southbound train platform at 23rd Street Station. Around 7 p.m., the suspect allegedly walked up behind her and touched her, police said.

Police said the man left the station on foot and the victim was not injured.
