Man accused of attacking woman with baseball bat in Manhattan, police say

MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) -- Police are searching for a man who allegedly assaulted a woman with a baseball bat in Manhattan earlier this month, according to officials.

On Feb. 8, around 10 p.m., a 25-year-old woman was walking on Seventh Avenue when an unknown man hit her in the head with a baseball bat. Police said the attack left her with a cut and bruising on her head. She was taken to the hospital to be treated for her injuries.
