Man, 64, found dead in bedroom of his Queens home: NYPD

QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) --- Police are investigating a homicide after a 64-year-old man was found dead in the bedroom of his Queens home over the weekend, authorities said Monday.

The victim had superficial facial injuries when he was found on the floor with his back against the wall in the bedroom of the home on McBride Street in Far Rockaway at around 12:40 a.m. Saturday, according to the NYPD. The unidentified man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police said the death was suspicious and the medical examiner will determine the cause of death.

There have been no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
