Man, 30, arrested for alleged sexual assault on woman in Bronx home: NYPD

THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) – Police have arrested a man for allegedly sexually assaulting a sleeping woman in the Bronx in late June, according to officials.

Claudio Miranda, 30, is accused of breaking into a home around Eat 230th Street and White Plains Road on June 29 around 4:30 a.m., police said. Once inside, he performed a sex act on the 20-year-old victim while she was asleep, per sources.

Police said on Monday, Miranda was charged with the following:

Burglary
Criminal sex act
Bribing a witness
