2024 Mahindra XUV400 Pro: Technology
Mahindra has used its AdrenoX UI for the twin displays, which has been seen in the XUV700 and the Scorpio N. These two displays replace the older system, and the infotainment display comes with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. An interesting feature of the instrument panel is that it is capable of running navigation, that too in full-screen mode, similar to the system offered in the Tata Nexon.ev, the Mahindra's prime rival.
Other tech offered with the XUV400 includes a wireless smartphone charger, Alexa voice assistant, rear AC vents, rear USB ports, all of which adress a number of the car's weaknesses.

The Mahindra XUV400 Pro is mainly a feature update, which means that mechanically the car is the same as before. The SUV continues with the 34.5kWh and 39.4kWh battery packs. But with the update, the EL Pro (top-spec) is available with both the battery packs, democratizing the full feature loaded trim at a lower price point. The EC Pro is as before offered with the smaller battery pack.
Mahindra claims a range of 375km for the smaller battery pack, and 456km for the larger pack, according to the MIDC cycle. The power is the same for the entirety of the XUV400 model range, with a front-axle mounted e-motor which makes 150bhp and 310Nm of torque, which translates to a brisk 0 to 100kmph time of 8.3 seconds.
