Mayank, who became an overnight sensation by consistently bowling at 150kmph plus on his IPL debut, had gone off the field after bowling just one over against Gujarat Titans on Sunday.
The right-arm pacer earned back-to-back Player of the match awards for his match-winning hauls of 3/27 and 3/14 against Punjab Kings and RCB respectively.
If Mayanak regains full fitness, he will make his comeback in all liklihood in LSG's next match against Chennai Super Kings on Friday in Lucknow.

, Rahul said, "Mayank is not too bad; he looks good, feeling good but we also want to make sure we don't rush him back in too early.
"He's young, we need to protect his body. He's itching to go, we just have to pull him back a little, maybe a couple of more games, before he comes back," added Rahul, who scored 39 on Friday.
