In the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, eyes are set on Amalapuram, originally known as Amalipuri, a significant district in Andhra Pradesh. Adding to its historical and cultural charm, Amalapuram is also home to five of the most revered Shiva temples and is fondly called Panchalingapuram. The current leading leader for Amalapuram is YSRCP's Chinta Anuradha, who won comprehensively in the previous Lok Sabha elections. The opposition, TDP, has yet to declare their candidate for this constituency. Rich in historical, cultural, and religious significance, Amalapuram is set to witness an intriguing battle between the TDP and the YSRCP.
