1 year ago 19

The 2024 Lok Sabha elections will be held in seven phases starting on April 19 and concluding on June 1. With just over a week to go before the mega election cycle kicks off in India, findings by the Association for Democratic Rights, a private election monitoring group, reveal that one in every three candidates is a crorepati. However, the same group has also revealed that several candidates have declared zero assets.

Of the 10 candidates who have declared zero assets in their election affidavits, eight are from Tamil Nadu, while two are from Maharashtra.
