Sikandar Raza, the captain of Zimbabwe says the win was a long time coming for them. He continues saying the ODI matches they played against them were really close and to come on top was really pleasing. They wanted to bat first as it looks dry and it will spin. Only one change Tony Munyonga comes in for Ryan Burl.
Wanindu Hasaranga, the skipper of Sri Lanka says the dew is the main concern because of which he decided to chase. He then talks about the only issue with batting which needs to click and the top 4 will need to perform better, especially in the middle overs. He then concludes the two changes in the playing XI with Dhananjaya De Silva and Kamindu Mendis coming in for Charith Asalanka and Kusal Janith Perera.
Farveez Maharoof says the pitch is the same one that was used the last time. 70 meters all round from the pitch. But the pitch is too hard and not a lot of crack on it. Farveez thinks the team who will win the toss would like to chase today as dew would be a huge factor and the humidity is high in Colombo.
