List of New York City affordable housing lotteries expiring in March

NEW YORK (PIX11) -- As New York City residents continue to fight for affordable housing around the city, 14 affordable housing lotteries are scheduled to end at the end of March.

NYC Housing Connect is the portal that allows you to submit an application for the city’s lotteries.

Here are the housing lotteries expiring in March:

238 East 52nd Street Apartments

Lottery closes: March 22
Units available: Eight open units

Eligible Income: $105,223 - $165,230

3103 Sedgwick Avenue Apartments

Lottery closes: March 22
Units available: 13 open units

Eligible Income: $135,875 - $227,630

633 Marcy Avenue Apartments - Waiting List

Lottery closes: March 25
