for securing a third successive term in office. The former cricketer conveyed his message on the platform X, previously known as Twitter, expressing his sentiments in Hindi.
"Bharat ka netritva karne ke liye ek aur karyakaal hasil karne ke liye @Narendramodi ko bahut-bahut badhai.

Mai jab bhi Bharat ata hun, desh behtar se behtar hota jata hai. Kya shandar kaam hai, sir, Shubkamnain aur dher sara pyar --KP," said the message.
Roughly translated, the message said, "Many congratulations on securing another term to lead India @narendramodi. Every time I come to India, the country goes from better to better. What a great job, sir! Best wishes and lots of love."

Pietersen, 43, was born and raised in South Africa, where he first learned to play cricket. He made his Test debut for England against Australia on July 21, 2005, and played his final Test match, also against Australia, in 2014.
During his Test career, KP played 104 Tests for England, scoring 8181 runs at an average of 47.28, hitting 23 centuries and 35 half-centuries with a top score of 227.

In addition to his Test career, Pietersen represented England in ODIs and T20Is. He also participated in various franchise cricket leagues around the world, including the Indian Premier League, where he played for the Royal Challengers Bengaluru, Delhi Daredevils (now Delhi Capitals), and Rising Pune Supergiants in 2018.
Following his retirement from franchise cricket, Pietersen transitioned into a career in cricket commentary. He frequently travels to India to work with various broadcasting networks.
