The video starts with Jimmy Fallon and Diljit Dosanjh greeting each other with hugs. The text on the clip read, "Learning how to speak Punjabi with Diljit Dosanjh." Diljit started by saying, "Punjabi agaye oye (The Punjabi are here)," and Jimmy repeated the words.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Diljit was part of Imtiaz Ali's musical biopic Amar Singh Chamkila, alongside Parineeti Chopra. It starred Anjum Batra, Nisha Bano, Robbie Johal, Pavneet Singh, and Anuraag Arora in significant roles.
Diljit is also gearing up for his next project 'Jatt & Juliet 3', also starring Neeru Bajwa. Jasmin Bajwa is also a part of the film. It will be released on June 27.
