American singer, songwriter, and actor Justin Timberlake was arrested for drunken driving in New York on Tuesday, June 18. Now, a few photos of him walking out of what appears to be a police station, while handcuffed, are circulating on the internet.

According to a Page Six report, the photo was taken as Timberlake was being escorted from the police station to court, where he was arraigned and subsequently released from custody. The singer was accompanied by his lawyer.

In addition to the photo of him in handcuffs, social media users have also been sharing the singer's mugshot, taken by the police following his arrest.

The Associated Press reported that Timberlake was driving a 2025 BMW in Sag Harbor at 12:30 a.m. when he was pulled over. "His eyes were bloodshot and glassy, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanated from his breath, he was unable to divide attention, had slowed speech, was unsteady afoot, and performed poorly on all standardised field sobriety tests," the court papers said.

The 43-year-old singer told the police he had one martini and was following some friends home. After being arrested and taken to a police station in nearby East Hampton, he refused a breath test, according to the court papers. However, he was released without bond, and his next court date is scheduled for July 26, the Suffolk County district attorney’s office told AP.

Justin Timberlake is currently on his global tour titled "Forget Tomorrow," promoting his newest album "Everything I Thought It Was," which debuted in March.
