Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11
's latest episode was indeed a special one for
television actor
Shoaib Ibrahim, whose sister
Saba Ibrahim
made an appearance on the show to surprise him. After Shoaib presented a beautiful act with his
choreographer Anuradha
, the actor had a
special guest
to meet him on the show, it was his sister Saba. She spoke highly about his brother and also wrote a
special poem
for him.
During the episode, Shoaib opened up about the
struggle period
he faced when he had no work and his family stood by him. He said, "There was a time when I had no work for three years. During that time Ammi, Saba, Dipika, yehi mere dost the, they were the ones who motivated me that beta, bhai don't worry you will forget all these things. There will be a day when you won't remember all this and you will have work. Today, I am standing here. We were happy together with each other even then, now and always. Hum sab mein tab bhi utni he mohabbat thi and aaj bhi hai."
Gauahar Khan
praised their bond and said "Mashallah".
In an earlier interview with ETimes TV, Shoaib had discussed about not having work for three years, he had said, "In those three years I understood Mumbai and watched it very closely as I had not struggled before that. I had bagged my first show Palkon Ki Chaaon Mein without much struggle. I came directly from Bhopal to Mumbai. After that show wrapped up, I immediately bagged SSK within three months, so I actually did not struggle much before it. And I strongly feel till the time a person doesn't struggle in life, he or she will not value success. Those three years were very difficult. I met so many people, good and bad, and went through lots of ups and downs. I remember my dad got unwell during that period and I had bought a car when I was earning and I had to sell that to get him treated as soon as possible."
